2. Rinse the Seeds: Place the chia seeds in a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth and rinse them under cold water. This helps remove any debris or dust.

3. Soak the Chia Seeds: Transfer the rinsed seeds into a glass or jar. Add water at the prescribed ratio. For example, if you have 1/4 cup of chia seeds, add 1 cup of water. Stir to ensure the seeds are evenly distributed in the water.

8. Sprouting Begins: In a day or two, you'll notice tiny sprouts emerging from the chia seeds. These sprouts will continue to grow over the next few days.

9. Harvest Your Sprouts: Once the sprouts reach your desired length (typically 1/4 to 1/2 inch), your sprouted chia seeds are ready to be used. This process usually takes 2-7 days.

10. Store or Consume: You can store your sprouted chia seeds in the refrigerator for a few days. They are a nutritious addition to salads, smoothies, or as a topping for various dishes.
